Welcome to LayTech.ai! This quick-start guide will walk you through creating your first Request for Quote (RFQ) on our platform.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit laytech.ai and click "Get Started" 2. Enter your business email 3. Complete company verification 4. Set up your profile

Step 2: Define Your Equipment Needs

Option A: AI-Assisted Search Type a natural language description: "I need an electric forklift, 2.5 tonne capacity, for indoor warehouse use"

Option B: Category Browse Navigate through equipment categories: Equipment → Material Handling → Forklifts → Electric

Step 3: Create Your RFQ

1. Specify Requirements - Equipment type and specs - Quantity needed - Preferred condition (new/used) - Delivery location

2. Set Timeline - Quote deadline - Desired delivery date

3. Add Details - Special requirements - Evaluation criteria - Attachments if needed
