Prologis has announced plans to invest $2 billion in new logistics facilities across Europe over the next three years, with a focus on Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.
The expansion will add approximately 3.5 million square meters of modern logistics space, creating an estimated 15,000 jobs across the region.
"Europe remains a strategic priority for our global portfolio," said Prologis's European CEO. "The growth of e-commerce and the reshoring of supply chains are driving unprecedented demand for modern logistics facilities."
Key developments include a 500,000 square meter logistics park near Frankfurt and a new cold chain facility in Rotterdam.
