AXA IM Alts has acquired a 61,000 square meter logistics centre in Bleiswijk, Netherlands, marking one of its largest logistics acquisitions in the country.
The hub in the Randstad region comprises fully leased warehouse and office space, with long-term tenants in the e-commerce and consumer goods sectors.
"The Netherlands continues to be a strategic market for logistics real estate," said AXA IM Alts' Head of Logistics. "This acquisition aligns with our strategy to build a best-in-class European logistics portfolio."
The Randstad region benefits from proximity to the Port of Rotterdam, Schiphol Airport, and excellent road and rail connections to Germany and Belgium.
