GXO Logistics' acquisition of UK-based Wincanton has been cleared by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), paving the way for one of the largest logistics consolidations in European history.
The combined entity will create a logistics powerhouse with significant presence across the UK and Europe, offering enhanced services in e-commerce fulfillment, retail logistics, and industrial supply chains.

The deal is expected to close in Q1 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
